About me
I started triathlon in 2007 after swimming and running competitively for 4 years, and competing at Welsh National Triathlon Championships from the age of 14. At 16 I was accepted onto the British Talent Squad as a youth athlete and it was then that triathlon became an important part of my life. From then to my move to Loughborough University in 2010, I have tried to develop my racing and training skills and learn how to manage such a demanding sport.
